ARTURO VIDAL BARCELONA:-
Arturo Vidal wants Barcelona to make a decision on his Boss Quique Setien as nobody knows what the future holds for current boss of Barcelona.
It has been advised that Blaugrana wants to separate ties from his current boss Quique Setien which they have appointed in January after sacking Ernesto Valverde from Barcelona.
Setien was appointed for the most challenging role of his career after Ernesto Valverde was relieved of his duties in Barcelona. Setien struggled to deliver and their arch-rivals Real Madrid secured their 34th La Liga title.
Messi already questioned the Barca’s ability as they fail to secure La Liga title. Questions are also being asked about the Champions League hurdle which is next for Barcelona and is going to resume in August.
Quique Setien slowly lacking the trust of everyone in Barcelona when they failed to win La Liga’s title, and thus Vidal wants Barcelona to make a firm decision on his current coach.
Arturo Vidal told Win Sport Tv “With Setien we haven’t been able to work much. The change was abrupt and we have tried to adapt.
“We’re trying to adapt to this situation and when the season finishes, the club must choose its future well. They have to decide whether the same coach will stay on, whether they are going to bring in new players, if the same ones are going to continue.”
Vidal is one of the players which has been linked to different clubs for a move. The Chilean international has been linked a move back to Inter Milan and he is also heavily linked with the Argentinian great club Boca Juniors.
Vidal is, however, have been backed by Barcelona for another 12 months and claims that there are no offers for him.
He further added “I have not received anything, I have a contract until 2021. This year I feel very confident because I was able to score many goals. I like to be important in the teams I go to.”
Vidal added when he was asked about a possible move to Columbia at some stage: “If it happens in the future, it would be spectacular, but I am 33 years old and I must live day by day. I do not want to move too fast, I just hope to continue playing.”
