Paris Saint Germain former player Pauleta believes that Kylian Mbappe will sit alongside the greatest football icons like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in the global game. He said that the PSG forward(Kylian Mbappe) has the ability and the skill to leave audiences “starstruck”.

Kylian Mbappe is always been considered as one of the exciting talents in world football. Mbappe has already won four Ligue 1 titles and a World Cup glory to his name and he is just 21 now.

Mbappe is now close to adding a European trophy to his name when Ligue 1 Champions will face Bundesliga Champions at Lisbon for the Champions League final on Sunday.

Pauleta is really excited to see the young sensation in action when PSG will face Bayern Munich in Champions League final. Mbappe feels comfortable ahead of the Champions League final and he is looking in great touch.

Mbappe will play a pivotal role against the Bayern Munich on the grandest stage of football, with all eyes set on Mbappe to prove that why he considered as the upcoming star of the game.

Pauleta already rated the young sensation high on his list, telling Stats Perform News “He is technically highly skilled player, he’s incredibly fast, physically he’s amazing.

“He’s a player that everybody admires, like Zidane, we all loved him, like Messi, like Cristiano. He’s among these kinds of players.

“You watch his games on TV to see what he’s going to do. You know that he’s going to do something magical which will leave you starstruck.

“I admire him a lot as a football player, he’s a humble person but I think he will have a tremendous career.”

Since his move from Monaco Mbappe played a total of 123 matches for PSG and scored 90 goals for his team.

Pauleta was a part of Paris Saint Germain for five years and scored 109 goals across all competition and he is fascinated to see his club which he has great regard is competing for the biggest prize in Europe.

He is also feeling very proud as the latter stages of the biggest event placed in Portugal which is his native place and Lisbon will host the final of the grandest competition in Europe.

Pauleta further added “It is very important for us in Portugal to have such an important competition like the Champions League,”

“Especially during such tough times for everybody in the world because of the coronavirus.

“We’re a small country but because of the work of the football federation and its president we can have such an important tournament in Portugal and have the final on Sunday.

“It’s a tournament that’s completely different to usual, with eight big clubs playing for two weeks in Portugal in the Lisbon area, and it’s very important for the country and the Portuguese people.

“On top of that, having the final for me is very important, having the club that’s in my heart play, PSG, and I hope everything will end well for the Champions League and for PSG.”
