Bayern Munich Lewandowski is favourite to win Ballon d’or says Flick.
Bundesliga champion(Bayern Munich) head coach Hansi flick believes that Robert Lewandowski can win the Ballon d’Or after scoring two goals and help his team to win the DFB-Pokal title.
Lewandowski scored twice for Bayern Munich and sealed the match in favour for his team to retain their DFB-Pokal crown.
David Alaba and Serge Gnabry’s goal put Bayern in the commanding position. Lewandowski scored twice in the second half and steal the show with his sizzling performance with goals in the 59th and 89th minutes behind closed doors in Berlin.
Robert Lewandowski’s breathtaking form continues in 2019-20 and with the two goals against Bayer Leverkusen he extended his goal tally to 51 goals across all competitions this season.

“The way he takes the ball down there and the way he locks up. Of course, he’s had a bit of luck with that as well. But that’s what distinguishes him, that he has this confidence in his quality.
“If I measure for goals now and I see that he has scored 34 goals in the Bundesliga this year, then you can think about how a player from the Bundesliga can become the Ballon d’Or winner. So why not? He has laid all the groundwork with this achievement this year and I would wish him well.”
Messi is the player having most Ballon d’Or(6) ever in the history of football. Messi won the Ballon d’Or last year beating the likes of Virgil Van Dijk and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Lewandowski’s season is just outstanding and the best striker set to be in action again in August when UEFA Champions League will be back.

Timo Werner has been a great signing for Chelsea. Poulsen said Werner will need time at Chelsea to show his qualities.

Chelsea signed Werner with a transfer fee of 47.5 Million in June since then he has been a part of the team for a number of days but Werner believes it will take some time to show his strength and potential on the field.
While talking to Sport-Informations-Dienst Poulsen said “I think Timo will be a great striker in the Premier League over the next few years,”
“Of course, he has to connect with his team-mates on the field and have to understand league first; you can’t show all your qualities right away. But that will come in time.”
Timo Werner has shown his potential at Bundesliga and the Denmark international recorded his career-best season in the Bundesliga. Timo Werner helped RB Leipzig finish third in the league table. He scored 28 goals in 34 appearances for RB Leipzig and assisted his team-mates eight-time on the field.

he further added “At some point, I will definitely try something different, but I’m only 26 years old and at the moment I’m very happy in Leipzig,”
“If I had planned my career 10 years ago, I would certainly not have earmarked seven years in Leipzig, but I’ve been here that long now. When I signed, I hadn’t even heard of Leipzig”
“Once you’re there, you have the firm desire to go all the way to the final and win the title,” he said on the new knockout format for the Champions League.
“Sure, there are teams with a better chance on paper, but in football, there are always surprises.”
Sancho backed to follow footsteps of Beckham & Ronaldo at Man United
JADON SANCHO MAN UTD:-
Phil Neville believes that Jadon Sancho is capable of following in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo and David Beckham at Manchester United.
Alex Ferguson era at Old Trafford is the best we have seen ever for Manchester United.
The big players like Ronaldo and Beckham starred down the right while Ryan Giggs is just phenomenal on the left, and that era was called as the golden era for Manchester United.
After the arrival of Solskjaer United moved to 4-3-2-1 formation, but Solskjaer still believed there is an area for improvement as wide men still unable to make many contributions in the game.
Neville also believes there is room for improvement, he said that he has impressed with the performance of Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood, and addition of Jadon Sancho in the squad will be a great fit for the Red Devils.
Solskjaer believes that they are close to signing the blockbuster deal for Borussia Dortmund star player Jadon Sancho.
Neville believes Sancho would be the best profile for a particular position in the squad.
Neville told The Webby and O’Neill Podcast “People are talking about Grealish, but now with Fernandes in there, do we need another number 10?
“I think the right-hand side is the biggest area where we need to improve. An out-and-out winger.
“You think about the great Man United sides, Beckham, Kanchelskis… Ronaldo played out there, Ole Gunnar played on the right-hand side.
“I think the right-hand side is the one that we have to look up. United haven’t really had anyone since Antonio Valencia really.
“Sancho can play out there and play really well. You’d say that’s someone who will fit the profile.
“You think Rashford and Greenwood, both British players, you think of Fernandes, he’s young and hungry – Sancho fits that.”
Neville has warned there is the area for improvement and its not easy to find and fix the holes in the squad and it will take time for Red Devils to become top contenders for the Premier League again.
He further added: “Well, if you think about it, the points difference over the last two years has been 25-30 points. So, it’s not just going to happen as easily as people think.
“United finishing third makes people believe that they’re going to challenge Man City and Liverpool.
The gap between the top two and the rest has been absolutely massive. What Man United has done is put themselves at the top of that next group who are capable of challenging the top two.
“You think to yourself – how are United going to make up 20 points? That’s a lot, that’s so much, six or seven games.
“So you think to yourself they need to be better defensively, the goalkeeper they can improve. David de Gea needs to get back to his best.
“But I think it’s at the top end of the pitch. Rashford, Martial, Greenwood, let’s get them 20 goals each, let’s start beating every team.”
